Booking Policies

  • We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
    All picnics must be booked at least 5 days in advance.

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event.

  • Yes! Paying in full is optional at checkout for those who prefer to handle it all upfront. Otherwise, you can just pay the deposit to hold your date.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund due to prep and planning already in place.

  • If something comes up (including weather!), your payment can be transferred to a new date based on availability.
    To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your original picnic date.
    Each event may only be rescheduled once.

  • We ask that you arrive on time — your setup is reserved for a specific window, and we often have other events scheduled that day.
    We do not offer a grace period, and arriving late may shorten your overall experience.

  • Currently, we serve Orange County only. If you’re outside the area, feel free to email us before booking — we’ll see what we can do as we grow!

  • Yes! Our standard picnic duration is 2 hours, but additional time can be added for a fee. This is available as an add-on at checkout.
