Booking Policies

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
All picnics must be booked at least 5 days in advance. - 
      
        
      
      
After filling out the inquiry form and receiving a custom proposal and quote, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund due to prep and planning already in place. - 
      
        
      
      
If something comes up (including weather!), your payment can be transferred to a new date based on availability.
To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your original picnic date.
Each event may only be rescheduled once. - 
      
        
      
      
Currently, we serve Orange County only. If you’re outside the area, feel free to contact us — we hope to expand our services as we grow!

Yes! Our standard picnic duration is 2 hours, but additional time can be added for a fee.
